Pepper Tree Farm is located in Cowra, situated at the upper reaches of the Lachlan River in the Central Slopes region of New South Wales. The area enjoys a Mediterranean-type climate, with an average annual rainfall of 625mm, it is ideal horse country boasting mineral rich soils and good rainfall.

Proximity wise it is 1hr from Orange and in relation to the Hunter Valley it approximately 4.5hrs from Scone. Close by is Newhaven Park at Boorowa (40mins), Twin Hills Stud at Cootamundra (1.5hrs) and Kooringal Stud at Wagga Wagga (2.5hrs), to name a few.

The farm’s location is also handy for clients breeding mares from the Hunter, or even Qld to Stallions located in the Southern parts of NSW and Victoria (approx. 6hrs to majority of Victorian studs).
